Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will refund the overcharged amount promptly.

  2. Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems or service disruptions that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period and this significantly affects your ability to use our services, you may be eligible for a refund.

  3. Service Installation Issues: After we assist you with the installation of the IPTV service, if it does not work or experiences buffering issues, you may request a refund. You will only be eligible for a refund if you followed our provided installation guide and encounter issues that we are unable to fix, such as missing channels or persistent buffering.

  4. Cancellation Within Trial Period: If you cancel within 7 days of your purchase, you will receive an 80% refund of the total amount (due to taxes and payment processor fees), provided you are not satisfied with the service.

PS: You will only be eligible for a refund if you followed our provided installation guide and faced issues we cannot fix, such as missing channels or persistent buffering.

In your email, please provide the following details:

  • Email associated with your XTREAM IPTV account
  • Subscription plan details
  • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Approval and Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process as soon as possible. Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method you used for the subscription.
